We are proud to share some of our favorite recipes.
PEAR JAM

Ingredients
2kg of pears or 2.5 lbs. (Bartlett)
900g of sugar or 4 lbs.
1 star anise
A pinch of cinnamon
1 stick of vanilla

Peel, remove the core and cut the pears in small pieces.
In a pan place the pears, the sugar and the spices. Let cook for 30 min until the pieces of fruit are translucent.
While the fruits are cooking, place the Mason jars with their covers aside in the oven for two minutes at 225 F for 10min, to sterilize them.
Pour the jam in a pre-heated Mason jar, place the cover and flip them upside down.
